Volunteer

It takes a village to make this event a reality. Church members along with community members are needed to volunteer. If you are interested in volunteering, please call the church office 715-543-2998 and you will be directed to our volunteer coordinator.

The list that follows is just a glimpse of what needs to be accomplished, even for this one day. Men, women, children, and families are encouraged to volunteer and become connected to our community as we prep for the event. Any volunteer with 10 hours or more will be rewarded with an early shopping period on Tuesday before the event opens. Come join us! Volunteers are needed for:

  • Donation Collection and Barn Organization - Saturday morning
  • Tent Setup and Organization - Week of event
