Welcome Summer, Welcome all!

Summer arrived slowly in the Northwoods and our congregation is finding our new "normal," we remain a strong community of faith - one that is prayerfully in search of a new pastor to lead our ministry. In the meantime, we will be led by a variety of lay and local supply pastors as we consider the future of our church.

Our church is alive with a community of welcoming, friendly members. Please join us for worship every Sunday at 9:30 am, and check back here for the news and activities of our church.

The Annual Congregational Meeting has been rescheduled for Sunday, August 14, following our worship service.

If you already picked up a copy of the Annual Report booklet, hold onto it! If not, they will be available again starting this Sunday, August 7, 2022, in the narthex. One copy per family, please!

Fleazaar 2022 is in the books!
Thank you to all of our 100+ volunteers for your time and dedication to this annual tradition. And thank you to those who donated items and/or attended the event. We appreciate you!
 
Check back next spring for details on Fleazaar 2023! We usually start taking donations in early May.
 

It's springtime and in the life of our church it also means time to prepare for our annual FLEAZAAR!    This year the event will be on Wednesday, July 20, 2022.

To make this event a success we need two things:

​

1.  Donations- drop of gently used items big and small for us to sell at the event-see link for guidelines

2.  Volunteers!-  We need lots of hands on Saturday mornings during our collection times and on the day of the event.    

​

Past volunteers will be receiving e-mails regarding specific volunteer needs from our Elder Denny Keiper who is once again leading the efforts to make this event a huge success.

Update on Congregational Meeting

A brief meeting followed the church service on May 1, 2022 to approve the slate of representatives to the

Pastoral Nominating Committee.

Reminder- Per Capita Offering
Due:  Now for Calendar year 2022
What:  $32.00 per member

Each year our congregation collects a "per capita" fee to support greater work of the Presbyterian Church, USA. Please include this fee with your offering and make a note that you are sending in your fee. To learn more about this see the link.

While we are able to meet in person again each Sunday, it is also nice to have the option of viewing our worship services online when people are not able to make it to the physical building for any reason. Our church reacted quickly during the Covid pause to bring our worship services online - one silver lining during a very difficult time.
